Beach Weekend

I think there's a leak out of the lower left corner of this photo.
Due to the slant of the horizon and all.




For the second weekend in a row,








the weather here in Mathews has been incredible.










For the first time in a while, I did a whole lot of nothing
other than enjoy this particular beach at the southern
end of the county. It was almost like being on some tropical island.









Hopefully you've been able to unwind a bit too.

    No unwinding here, but our kitchen reno is done, except for some baseboards and a bit of the backsplash.
    Now to put everything we packed (tons of it, it seems, from my too-small kitchen) into the new cabinets.
    Photos on my blog soon.
    I'd rather be on your beach.

    My mother and sisters were in this weekend and headed back to Mathews this morning. Glad you had a chance to simply unwind in the wonderful weather. Thanks again for always scratching my Mathews itch!
