  5. Oh, what a time we had this weekend. Details at 11. 11 on Tuesday of next week, after I've had a week to process/digest it all.

As it relates to oysters, though, I'm here to tell you that there's no festival on the planet with better oysters than what we had last evenin' at Ann Marie's house.

    Have mercy!

  10. CG - We surely missed you this weekend. If we had your cell phone number handy, you'd have received up to the minute pix. We definitely need to plan the Blog Fest Northern Edition.

Mrs. F with 4 - That's the very best friend, one who comes with chocolate. (To the ER, though, that's even better.)

Daryl-Two friends were calling you from the tail end of a Trailblazer, and one of the two friends was named Noe Noe Girl, and she is one very funny lady.

Lizzy-Thank you - I was inspired to dwell on the topic of friends last night after spending two days with these blog friends of mine, we just have way too much fun. They're a wonderful group of ladies.

NNG-I AM ROARING HERE NOW. STILL. p.s. who has the pictures of the belly buttons?

GJ-It's so good to hear from you, and you can call me any time, day or night no matter what. We were talking today about how we need to set a date for the 2010 Blog Fest.

Baroness-We actually SAW the spat contest! We saw it but couldn't hear a daggone thing. The girls were cute as bugs ears. And no, we were not exactly silent today, in fact it was more a continuation of yesterday up until about early afternoon. A whole lot of laughing goin' on, that's for sure.

MPM- NOOOOO!!!!!!! Your camera can't be broken. Actually, this may work to my benefit because hopefully nobody else took a shot of me kissing the oyster in the parade...

BHE-I think Noe Noe hit the rewind button this morning right around the time she opened up that container of limes. Thank you and thanks to your wonderful father for hosting us this weekend. We had a fabulous time. Let's get jiggy with that trip up north - we need to set a date and do it.

  12. Meg, seriously, you should have come, even if it was just for Saturday, you should have come. We had too much fun, my stomach muscles still hurt from laughing.

    Way too much fun.

Thanks for reading and thanks for leaving a comment. I thoroughly enjoy hearing what you have to say even if I don't always have a chance to respond personally.
