Four Summers

June 2008 - The Bay, Eastern Shore

Since there's been so little time to take any many new photos, I thought I'd share some older ones from the same month of every year this little blog has been in existence, starting with 2008.

June 2009 - Hills Bay

It's hard to believe this is the fourth summer I've been doing this.

June 2010 - Queens Creek

Then again, this fourth photo image begs the question of whether I'm actually doing the blog this particular summer.

I wonder what I'll be doing four summers from now.

Hopefully I'll be taking pictures rather than drawing them.

Where do you picture yourself four years from now?

Living in a shanty boat tied to the end of your dock. Still trying to figure out the electrical cord... having it dangle above water doesn't seem safe.

Well in 4 summers from now I hope to be thinking about selling my home in Jerzee and moving to Virginia...

My oldest boy is going to be 26 in September, so I hope I'm bouncing a grand baby on my knee by then...Only problem is he isn't married yet..

wishing everyone health in 4 years...

Gosh... my kids will be 19, 17 and 10 then, and I'll be knocking on 50's door. (GAH!) Also there is a good chance at least one of our high-mileage vehicles (Jeep, 200K; Suburban, 125K) will have gone to automobile heaven by then. Otherwise, I hope I'm still in the same house and married to the same guy and working the same job. I'm a simple girl; I really don't ask for much.

Now that you mention it, this is my fourth summer as well.

Four summers from now . . . no idea. I'm positive I won't be famous, though.

Beautiful pictures, CBW. 4 years... Sometimes just "tomorrow" is all I can handle. I'll be spending the second week of August in Colorado with Tambi. That's enough.
