Morning Sky

This was Wednesday morning's sky as seen from my breakfast table, where Daughter was eating and I was guzzling sipping coffee.

This weekend, if all goes well, we'll be headed to Charlottesville for a quick visit with Son.  My parents are coming along for the ride. It has all the makings of an adventure.

I hope your weekend is a great one.

My brother Dewey was with us. We drover to New Point Comfort (Nature Conservancy) and around along Bethel Beach. On our way back around toward Hardies, we took the unpaved portion of road, off to our right we saw a single egret (no regrets). On Gwynn's Island toward the campground a deer had been hit, dead in the ditch, visited by two buzzards (turkey vultures) - waiting for it to "ripen." The flies, not so patient.
