Sunday morning, on my way to Bethel Beach to go for a short run, I pulled in here to check on the dock,
the boats
and the crab pots.
At the end of the dock,
two seagulls made it clear they had the situation under control.
The weekend was cool here, downright cold Saturday night. It's great weather for running though.
And sleeping.
Neither of which can happen on this day called Monday, the return to work.
I'm very much looking forward to the coming weekend, which includes a federal holiday that means three glorious days off from commuting.
Hallelujah.

and here we are in northern Virginia, retired (three whole years, from age 67)
Headed down this weekend with the Brat Child and the the newest soon to be Brat Child- the grandson. Deltaville is having their Art and Seafood Festival. Hoping the weather cooperates
It's good sleeping weather. So here's to sleeping in late all weekend. Betsy
