Loved the pictures. As for the reference a few days ago about scrapple, I remember my Dad talking about eating it as a kid in PA. His step mother was Pennsylvania Dutch German so I've heard and tried a good bit of things, and liked them all, but Mom wouldn't let him have any scrapple. Why, I don't know.
