Here Comes Santa Claus

Look, this festive Christmas scene even
includes  channel markers.
(The red one wasn't captured in this shot.)

This nautical Santa Claus is on the right side of the road just before Cobbs Creek Market (now Stanstrings) if you're coming from the Blakes area.

The attention to detail is impressive.

At night, the boat is outlined in white lights;
blue lights on the ground depict the water.

Only in Mathews.

It's really something to behold.

I have to give this homeowner an A+ for creativity.

May your weekend be full of fun and whimsy.

I love reading your blog and knowing exactly where you're talking about. Love the display. We don't have anything that creative around here. Though there is a light display in Deltaville that has about 80,000 and is synched to music.

Neat lights! When the marina used to have their Christmas party, I loved seeing the boats decked out in lights, and the boat parade was always awesome. I miss those days.

Hope Mom is OK.
