Scenes from Aaron's Beach

Here are some more photos from about a week ago at Aaron's Beach.

There's been no spare time for any photo misadventures excursions here lately, so there are no new batches of pictures.

However, most of the time I only show a small sampling from any given batch anyway, so thankfully there are plenty in stock to share.

"Batch" is a technical term I learned in that English composition  photography class I never took.

No matter how many times I visit this beach, or how many photos I take of the same exact things, I never grow tired of the scenery...

...even if the scenery appears to be tired of me and is focused on things like preening or sleeping or yoga or whatever the heck these birds are doing.

Since I'm stretched so thin that I can't find anything new to talk about  other than birds doing yoga or whatever,  tell me what's new and exciting in your world. If there's nothing new and exciting, then tell me what you're looking forward to most today.

I'll be looking forward to this evening, for no particular reason other than it will mean the work day is behind me. Hopefully so will this last image of birds doing yoga or who knows what.

Yoga. Definitely looks like yoga to me.
And I would never tire of a beach like that, either.

I love the second pic! Hopefully me and the family will get out to Haven or Aarons this weekend. Breastfeeding may put a damper on it though.. we will see! I certainly need the fix!

New and exciting, eh? Well, for a very, very brief moment, it stopped raining, and my hopes were raised, only to be cruelly dashed with another torrential downpour. I think I am developing webbed feet, a la Gustav. As long as I don't develop his attitude, I think I'll be ok.

Windblown beaches with throbbing whooshes of tide...crackling fireplaces warming our souls...good stuff.

Pizza tonight.

I am right there with you for the whole - taking pictures of the same old thing and being fascinated by it. There is just something about some views that call for lots and lots of pictures!

Your photos of Aaron's Beach are always fantastic to me. Are you sure those birds are doing yoga?

I am right with you and Trisha on taking photos of the same old things. Never tires. Especially when it is the beach!

Looking forward to the little man getting home from daycare soon, and to Sunday when the baby becomes welcomed into the church family. I guess some people call it a Chistening. Looking forward to seeing the cakes we ordered for the morning tea after church. Should be lovely. They were for the little man's do a couple of years ago..almost three years ago.

Just enjoying the simple things of life. A morning out with my daughter and baby, to order said cakes, and lunch together on the way home. Fun.

wv Stess, sounds a lot better than stress.
