Silent Sunday

This is from Ms. Breezeway's cottage on Gwynn's Island. In case I've not said it lately, thank you, Breezeway, for allowing me to trespass visit your lovely abode and take advantage of these striking views.

There is something mesmerizing about gazing off into the vast expanse of this horizon. Whenever I trespass visit this quaint cottage I am always looking over my shoulder lest a neighbor should think I'm an uninvited guest immediately calmed. The views, the sounds of the water lapping the shore, all of it is hypnotic; it's impossible not to relax.

May your Sunday be free of run-ins with the law as calm and tranquil as the bay is above.

Love,
cbw

Hand bell choir practice before church, then play in church. Home for a quick lunch, then drag Smedley to the other side of town for a birthday party. Home to do some yard work, then back to pick up Smedley. Oh, crap -- I forgot to wrap the Barbie bike. Later!

I can almost smell the Bay when I look at that photo. Can't wait till July!

I don't know how silent our Sunday will be either, Foolery, but I'll try to refocus on the scene CBW photographed if I get too worked up.

...And love you we do CBW! :o)

...Any chance Miss Breeze will letcha take a shot of her cottage? (altho' I understand privacy issues too)... Just the words evoke a beautiful vision of a lovely lil' waterside cottage with mature trees for shade and overflowing flowerboxes at every window and sheer white cotton curtains blowin' in soft warm breezes... Yeah, that's it... *sigh* :o)

...Beautiful photo too btw...

...Sweet Sunday blessings CBW and CBPeeps...

I love that view!
My Sunday will be fairly quiet.
After church I plan on demolishing my computer desk so I can take it to the trash in pieces. It's one of those dinosaurs made out of faux wood that took my SIL eight hours to assemble with an assortment of tools and cuss words. I plan on disarming it in less than ten minutes with a hammer and some hai karate chops.

Hey there - just quickly replying to your last post....I did win yesterday and again today! :-) No chance of pro as long as I'm at this level, but it was good. I can't make the blog fest b/c I'm getting married around that same timeframe.

Love,

Middle Sis

I've been running flat out and tense with no particular destination since my childhood in Mathews. Your site is a welcome and relaxing respite.
