Silent Sunday

This beautiful, blooming bush living in my front yard asked me to take some pictures of it, which I gladly did.

The reward was an unexpected shot of the moon.

That picture is gorgeous!! You need to cut some branches...I mean trip that bush and put the clippings in a vase. The moon loves you...day and night!

Trim...not trip.

KD - This bush happens to sit right beside a crab apple tree, but it isn't one. In fact, my mother can't figure out what it is and has been trying to learn for years. I ought to put up a bigger picture of it, it's a huge bush and it produces some sort of fruit, although I'm not sure if it's edible or not because it's harder than a brickbat but I'd be curious to know what it is.

GJ- You're a trim. I mean a trip. That's a good idea about bringing some of those blooms inside. With all the daffodils the past few weeks the house has been overflowing with flowers, but now they're just about gone and these would be great.

Have a great Sunday and enjoy the weather if it's as good as ours here.

MPM - Hotter than blue blazes but without the humidity and the mosquitoes, in short a perfectly beautiful day. Can't wait to hear how you did in your half-marathon.
