Crabs
Yesterday on my "day off" I attempted to organize photos, and when the word "organize" is involved with anything, the attempt is usually short-lived.
Such was the case yesterday.
It's pitiful when your teen-aged son has to walk you through the steps to copy photos from a memory card to a CD. He's very patient, but my pride would not let me call him back for help after the second time.
Anyway, as I was perusing through the trillions of photos stored on old memory cards--because I never, ever delete a photo--I discovered many that I liked but never used for whatever reason.
The ones above were taken last year, I think, and they drew my attention because they perfectly describe how I felt yesterday after a most exhausting week.
But today's a new day and the start of a new week, so instead of focusing on a dead crab torn apart and washed up on the beach I will focus on something good, like crab legs with butter and Old Bay seasoning and vats of homemade cocktail sauce.
Here's to a delicious week.

Wishing you a marvelous week!
I have crabs too...
I am off to the dmv, ssn, and the dr all in the same morning..
I may not have crabs really.. but I may feel like that one by the end of the day..
WV: ressy Dear Lord please let Re Ressy in Peace after this long day.
You felt like a dismembered crustacean? Oooh, so sorry. Hopefully you feel less like a crab leg and more like, yourself this week. Not that crab legs are bad or anything. Just... well, you know what I mean.
I'm feeling much like a ripped apart crustacean mostly because it's been 2 weeks of staying up until 2am talking on the phone or texting. Bridget has pointed out this was the very same thing she got in trouble for and will be taking my phone away if it continues. I don't know where she got her smart mouth from. Hope this week isn't too crazy for you!
I am usually crabby on Mondays ... I hope we all have better weeks this week ... tho we're having rain for most of it ...
WV oxyperan .. I believe this is an addictive drug pretending to be friendly
I'm always crabby in the morning.
The first gift I got my husband was a little sign that says "Sometimes I wake up Grumpy, sometimes I let her sleep" ...he has since learned to let me sleep.
Hope you're feeling better and your photo-sorting gets done eventually.

No crabs here. Just pork chops.
And here's some advice, even though you didn't ask for it.
Ask for his help. You have always been there for him and it's ok to let him give some back.
I remember learning from my son. I had no idea how to get the pictures off the memory card of the digital camera we'd bought until he showed me. And it is so simple once you get it!
