Congratulations to the Mathews Cross Country teams. Both concluded outstanding seasons with fourth-place finishes at the State Meet....and congratulations to Coach Greve.

Beautiful photos of the Piankatank. Thanks for sharing. If you're interested in joining we've set up a Facebook Group called "Piankatank River Club". It's a place where photos, events, and anything to do with the Piankatank River can be shared. Please feel free to join and post any photos you might have. Bryant
My daughters got so excited when we crossed the Piankatank River for the first time. They kinda squealed and shouted the name, over and over. I suspect they just liked the name (me too). Good thing is wasn't the Susquehanna River or we might still be there, beside the road, untangling our tongues.

Gorgeous sunset! Hope you got a little rest, that was a long day!
Well worth the trip! Your photos are simply gorgeous and I totally get why you stopped to get those pictures.
G-night and may you have a good sleep, my friend!
WV: nupeadyl. CBW, couldn't sleep so she took a nupeadyl. She hasn't woken up for 3 weeks now, and we're really startin' to get worried!
BTW, "woken" is a word, weird as it looks, it is actually a word. Whoda thunk?!?!
