Ahhhhh, the peacefulness of it all. I'm really looking forward to seeing Mathews, especially since we'll be there after two crazy days of looking at retirement villages in Williamsburg.I tell ya, right now I'm pretty fed up with salesmen and bait and switch games and the lure we were given to make this trip in the first place (lodging at Williamsburg Lodge, which is a nice place where we could have walked to everything and not needed a car has suddenly been changed to Hilton Garden Inn which is on a busy street and isn't at all convenient, and since it's a much cheaper place it isn't a bargain to take their "discovery package". If I wanted to stay there I would have gotten a better deal just booking it myself, and I would have gone to the Marriott in Fords Colony anyway.) OK, sorry for the rant but salespeople should learn that if you're going to offer a lure to bring people to your properties you need to make it nice. Right now it's having the opposite effect--it makes me want to steer clear of buying in this one place because this just shows I can't trust them to fulfill their promises. Ok, rant over. Back to looking at peaceful pictures. Ahhhhh.... Thanks CBW for bringing me back to a good place...

well, the dates of the photos matter not a bit. They are stunning, and I thank you for sharing them here. Happy, hopefully non-driving, weekend
