I wish I could buy that boat. I have a lot of memories that involve a boat like that (only the one I remember was sea green). I also wish I could be eating lunch today at Seabreeze because I like their food and it isn't expensive. I especially like their Boston Creme Pie. I hate dieting. And the house I was already supposed to be in looks like it's going to be tied up with eviction issues... so I'm back to drawing up plans for the shanty boat.
The third photo, with the reflection, is gorgeous! I'd love to have a boat like that. We have a very slow river here, and I'd love to have a boat, and a wharf, and a quiet outboard motor. Sigh. But I might be able to buy a framed copy of that third photo, the one with the reflection. — K

Maria - I have to ship everything off by Friday this week, but with my work schedule (the real job) my self-imposed deadline is thursday. That will be the only "free" day I have to take the remaining pictures and tinker with the text that remains unwritten. Unless there's a major catastrophe I hope to ship it off Thursday afternoon. Which happens to be the same day Chesapeake Bay Son has invited 4 teenagers over for the day. Serenity now.

Oh, pretty! The boat, and the photos. Hope this is how you're feeling today... calm. Aaaaah.

Hmm, mellow, yet complex; gracefu,l yet gutsy... sounds rather like the author? Apart from the 'for sale' part, obviously.
Frame them....all of them, then I will buy one! those photos are so serene
